During my recent trip to the Malfroy, I found myself in a bit of a predicament. As a travel consultant focused on luxury island getaways, I have to say this place did not quite meet expectations, particularly in terms of value for money. At $300 for one night for two, I expected more than just basic amenities. Unfortunately, I encountered dirty rooms with a lack of essential items like cups and cooking utensils. There was no functioning room service, and the leaking toilet added to the discomfort. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, but it couldn't distract from the overall unkempt atmosphere. Location-wise, it's conveniently close to central attractions, which is a redeeming quality. The absence of staff presence at the property raised concerns about safety and service quality. While the competitive rate is appealing, the cleanliness and lack of proper housekeeping really turn the luxury experience into more of a budget nightmare.
